Graduate Prospectus 2010-11
Cambridge Trusts deadlines
In order to be considered for a Gates Cambridge Scholarship and for awards offered by the other Cambridge Trust for which you are eligible, you need only make one application per course applied for by the relevant deadline.
Course deadlines: Please note that some courses at Cambridge have an application deadline for admission to the course that is earlier than the 15 December 2009 scholarships deadline (e.g. the LLM in Law has a course deadline of 1 December 2009). If you are applying for such a course please follow the instructions below:
On-line application:
First submit the on-line GRADSAF form at least two weeks before the course deadline and then submit the hard copy supporting documents so they arrive in Cambridge no later than the course deadline.
Paper application:
Submit all material (paper GRADSAF form and hard copy supporting documents) early enough so that the entire application pack arrives in Cambridge no later than the course deadline.
All candidates are advised to apply as early as possible after the opening date of 1 September 2009 for admission and funding.
In order to process, shortlist, interview and select candidates for Gates Cambridge Scholarships on a competitive timetable, the Gates Cambridge Trust must work to strict deadlines of 15 October and 15 December. Applications received after these dates will not be considered by the Gates Cambridge Trust. Candidates who apply by these deadlines but who are not successful in winning a Gates Cambridge Scholarship will automatically be considered for awards offered by the other Cambridge trust for which they are eligible.
